cow room boo! - Dec 2009
We booked this room for the perks we were told by the reservationist at RCCL came with it. She told us we would get concierge admission and coupons for free ice cream from B&J store due to the obstructed view. WRONG! No concierge until 4th day of the cruise and that was after we went to the service desk and they looked at us like we were nuts when we explained what we thought we were getting. I believe we only got it when we explained our situation to the casino manager during a casual conversation with her. I think she wrangled the passes out of the host and got them to us. Even when we went (twice) it really wasnt that great. Oh! and no ice cream at all...no coupons nothing. we sent a letter after we returned about or experience and heard nothing back. If they tell you there are "perks" to booking this room, be careful!
