Carnival Pride Cabin 5151 Cruise Reviews

Bahamas Cruise in the Pride - Jan 2013
Just got back from a cruise in the Pride. The room is much bigger than we thought it would be. The view from the balcony is not too bad for an obstructed view. There are life boats just below the balcony that extend out maybe twenty feet. There is plenty of room to take photos of sunrises, etc. 5151 is a comfortable room. It is very convenient to the main show stage and the gym. The restaurants are on the other side of the ship. The bathroom and shower are very functional and plenty big for a taller person. The bed is nice and firm and couch converted nicely to a bed for my 13 year old. Positives overall: the service was wonderful, the gym and spa were very nice, the room service and 24 hour coffee, tea, pizza, water was appreciated. Negatives: small things like a lamp shade that had been scribbled on in pen in the room, and multiple cases of elevator art that had been defaced and not fixed. The pools are quite small and crowded. The excursions were well run and first rate.
